REFUND POLICY

1. THE GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to memberships (monthly and yearly), channel fan subscriptions and marketplace purchases.

2. HOW TO REQUEST

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at support@reggaeverseos.com and we will help you raise it. Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Beyond the 30-day window we do not usually refund part-used periods, but tell us if something went wrong — we look at each case fairly, and accidental renewals reported promptly are normally refunded.

4. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales of digital content. Where you ask for immediate access to a download and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right, that acknowledgment applies — but our voluntary 30-day guarantee above is more generous and still stands.

5. FAIR USE

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, bulk downloading of deliverables before refunding, or accounts terminated for policy breach. Full refund handling by our reseller is described in Paddle's Refund Policy.
