CULTURAL INTEGRITY CHARTER

1. COMMITMENTS WE MAKE

• Heritage Archive entries credit lineage, era and contribution, and are corrected promptly when elders, estates or scholars tell us we got it wrong.
• We do not use sacred Rastafari imagery or elders' likenesses in advertising without permission.
• Creator revenue splits and licence terms are stated plainly before purchase.
• We do not train foundation models on member catalogues.

2. COMMITMENTS MEMBERS MAKE

• Credit sources: sampled riddims, versioned tunes, traditional chants and co-writers.
• Do not misrepresent sacred practice or present it as costume or novelty.
• Do not commercially exploit an elder's name, voice or likeness without documented consent from them or their estate.
• Do not use AI to fabricate statements, performances or endorsements by pioneers.

3. HERITAGE CORRECTIONS AND CLAIMS

Estates, families, foundations and cultural custodians can request correction, attribution or removal of Heritage Archive material by writing to legal@reggaeverseos.com. We acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 30. Where a claim is contested we may restrict the material while we review.

4. ENFORCEMENT

Breaches of this charter are handled under our Acceptable Use Policy and may lead to content removal, loss of monetisation, or account termination. This charter is a statement of values and platform rules; it does not create rights enforceable against us beyond our Terms of Service.
