AI POLICY

1. HOW IT WORKS

Prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers through our AI gateway, which returns generated text, audio sketches or images. Prompts and outputs may be stored in your studio session history so you can revisit them. We do not sell your prompts, and we do not use them to train our own foundation models.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE OF AI

You must not use AI features to produce:

• illegal content, or content promoting terrorism, violence or hatred;
• sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content;
• voice clones, vocal imitations, likenesses or "in the style of, as performed by" impersonations of real people — living or deceased — without documented consent from them or their estate;
• deepfakes or fabricated statements presented as genuine;
• malware, exploits, fraud material, or disinformation campaigns;
• output designed to reproduce a specific copyrighted recording or lyric substantially verbatim.

You must not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent model safety systems, and must not use automated means to exceed your tier's generation limits.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• You are responsible for your prompts, for any material you upload as input, and for how you use outputs.
• You must have the rights to any lyrics, stems, artwork or reference material you feed into the Studio.
• You must verify outputs before commercial release, including clearance, originality and factual accuracy.
• You are responsible for complying with disclosure rules in your territory and on distribution platforms (several DSPs require AI-assisted works to be labelled).

4. OWNERSHIP

As between you and us, you own your inputs and, to the extent such rights exist and are assignable, we assign to you our rights in the outputs generated from your prompts, subject to your compliance with these policies. Outputs are generated statistically and may not be unique — similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users, and copyright protection for purely AI-generated material is limited or unavailable in some jurisdictions (including the United States). We make no warranty that outputs are protectable, original, or free of third-party rights.

5. ACCURACY DISCLOSURE

AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete or offensive. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax or professional advice, and must not be relied on for regulated decisions without qualified human oversight. Heritage or historical statements generated by AI are not editorial content of the Heritage Archive and should be independently verified.

6. MODERATION

We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove prompts and outputs, apply rate limits, review flagged sessions, and suspend accounts that breach this policy. Automated filters may block borderline requests; you can appeal to legal@reggaeverseos.com.

7. RIGHTS-HOLDER COMPLAINTS

If AI-generated material on the platform infringes your copyright, trademark, voice or likeness rights, email legal@reggaeverseos.com with details and the URL. We remove or restrict infringing material, and repeat offenders lose access to the Studio and may have their accounts terminated.

8. CULTURAL SAFEGUARD

AI must not be used to simulate Rastafari sacred practice, fabricate statements by elders or pioneers, or generate content that misrepresents the lineage of the music. See our Cultural Integrity Charter.
