END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

1. LICENCE TO USE THE SOFTWARE

Subject to your compliance with this licence and the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ReggaeVerse OS platform and installable app for the plan you hold.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software itself.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except where law forbids that restriction.
• Circumvent technical limits, plan entitlements, download gating or streaming protection.
• Scrape, bulk-download or build a competing dataset from platform content.
• Use the platform to send spam, distribute malware, or probe or attack our systems.

3. DIGITAL GOODS LICENCE

When you buy a beat, sample pack, stem set, preset, artwork or other digital product from a seller on the marketplace, the seller grants you the licence stated on that listing. Unless the listing says otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the files in your own musical or audiovisual works, including commercial releases. You may not resell or redistribute the files as-is, on their own, or as part of a competing sample library, and you may not claim authorship of the underlying files. Exclusive licences, where offered, are described in the listing and take effect on payment.

4. COURSES AND LEARNING CONTENT

Course access is personal to your account. You may not share credentials, record, mirror or redistribute course material.

5. AI STUDIO OUTPUTS

Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated material are set out in the AI / ML Disclosure Policy. You are responsible for the rights in anything you submit as input and for verifying outputs before you release them.

6. YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the music, artwork, text and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, encode, cache, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate the platform and the features you enable, and to sellers' buyers as required to fulfil their orders.

7. UPDATES

We may update, change or discontinue features. Updates are provided under this licence. Where a change materially reduces a paid entitlement, the Refund Policy applies.

8. NO WARRANTY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software and digital goods are provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. TERMINATION

This licence ends automatically if you materially breach it. Digital goods licences already granted survive termination of your account unless the purchase is refunded or reversed, in which case access and licence are revoked.

10. PAYMENTS

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Questions: legal@reggaeverseos.com.
