1. SCOPE

This policy applies to everything you do on the platform: profiles, uploads, listings, messages, comments, channel posts, event pages, project files and AI prompts. Breaching it is a material breach of the Terms of Service.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, moral rights, publicity rights or database rights — including uncleared samples, leaked recordings and re-uploads of other people's catalogues.
  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors — reported to authorities without exception.
  • Incitement to violence, terrorism, or hatred targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or caste.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Malware, phishing pages, credential harvesting or links to any of these.
  • Deceptive deepfakes of real artists, elders or public figures presented as authentic.
  • Content unlawful in Ghana or in the jurisdiction where it is uploaded or accessed.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, fake listings, or selling licences you do not hold.
  • Stream manipulation, bot plays, fake follows, review or reaction manipulation.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited DMs, pyramid or referral abuse.
  • Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or extracting the Heritage Archive or catalogue.
  • Probing, load-testing, penetration-testing or interfering with platform security without written authorisation.
  • Circumventing paywalls, preview limits, tier limits, watermarks or download controls.
  • Impersonating another artist, label, estate or ReggaeVerse OS staff.
  • Sharing accounts or credentials across people or organisations.

4. CULTURAL RESPECT

Rastafari livity, Nyabinghi tradition, and the lineage of roots, dub and dancehall are living cultures, not aesthetics to strip-mine. Do not misrepresent sacred practice, appropriate elders' likenesses or names commercially without permission, or present culturally significant material in a mocking or falsified way. See our Cultural Integrity Charter.

5. MARKETPLACE STANDARDS

  • Describe deliverables, formats, stems, BPM, key and licence scope accurately.
  • Disclose any third-party samples and confirm clearance status.
  • Deliver purchased files promptly and in the stated format.
  • No off-platform payment solicitation to avoid fees.

6. AI USE

AI Studio use must comply with our AI Policy: no jailbreaking or prompt attacks, no generating voice or likeness imitations of real people without consent, no illegal or hateful outputs, and no passing off AI output as an existing artist's work.

7. REPORTING

Report violations to abuse@reggaeverseos.com. Report security vulnerabilities to the same address; please do not publicly disclose before we have had a reasonable chance to fix the issue. We do not pursue good-faith researchers who follow this process.

8. ENFORCEMENT

Depending on severity and history we may: remove or restrict content, limit visibility, block payouts, suspend features, suspend or terminate the account, and where required report to law enforcement. Repeat infringers are terminated. You may appeal any action by writing to legal@reggaeverseos.com within 30 days; we review appeals with a person who was not involved in the original decision where practicable.
